We fulfill a specific and growing need. Sentry Telecare is a new, subscription-based, telephone check-in and medical alert service designed to support independent living and elder care. The service includes regularly scheduled, automated telephone calls to people at risk, who live alone, to confirm that they are alright and do not need immediate assistance. If the monitored person does not acknowledge the check-in call a protocol for contacting a designated responsible person who can check on the monitored person, or arrange emergency attendance, is set in motion. The Sentry Telecare service is delivered via the integration of the Sentry Telecare web server and our Interactive Voice Response (“IVR”) platform operated by a sophisticated international service provider. The web server houses the Sentry Telecare interactive website and client database, and the IVR platform generates check-in and notification telephone calls in accordance with the current client call-profiles resident in the Sentry Telecare client database. Both systems provide clients with access to client oriented administrative functions and information via the internet, or via the Sentry Telecare toll free telephone service used to update optional IVR personal greetings. All customers receive the same excellent level of service for the same low monthly fee, regardless of where they reside.
