Sentry Telecare.SENTRY TELECARE POLICIESSERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SUMMARY OF KEY POINTSPlease note that the following summary is not intended to replace the Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between Sentry Telecare and its clients. The complete text of the Terms and Conditions is presented for your consideration during the “sign-up” process. The Sentry Telecare ServiceThe Sentry Telecare service, in accordance with instructions provided by the client in a Call Profile, causes a scheduled telephone call to be made to the person indicated in the Call Profile. When the call is received the person is prompted to press one, to indicate assistance is not required, or two to indicate assistance is required. If the call is not answered, or the prompts are not responded to, the service will assume that assistance is required. An indication that assistance is required will cause the service to make an emergency response call to the Contact person, or Alternate Contact Person, indicated in the Call Profile. The contact persons are responsible for responding to the indicated need for assistance. The Sentry Telecare ObligationThe sole obligation of Sentry Telecare is to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide computer generated scheduled and emergency response telephone calls in accordance with the information contained in the Call Profile provided by our client. Acceptable Use by the ClientOur client is responsible for completing, and maintaining the currency of, the Call Profile that governs the scheduled and emergency response telephone calls generated by the Sentry Telecare service. Term of AgreementThe term of the agreement between Sentry Telecare and our clients is thirty days. Unless cancelled by Sentry Telecare or our client, the agreement is automatically renewed at the beginning of each calendar month. LIMITED WARRANTYa. Sentry Telecare will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Sentry Telecare services and to meet any service level objectives set forth in the Client Agreement or in any other documentation provided by Sentry Telecare. b. The Client acknowledges that Sentry Telecare does not warrant unintercepted, uninterrupted or error free Sentry Telecare services and that Sentry Telecare does not warrant the availability, accuracy or any other aspect of the Sentry Telecare services. c. The warranties provided in the Client Agreement are in lieu of all other warranties and conditions. The Client waives all other warranties and conditions, express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability or reliability of the Sentry Telecare services. |
