Sentry Telecare lets you manage your RUOK Program

  • It's easy to partner with the Sentry Telecare RUOK Service. Our service is very easy to use. You will not be required to purchase any hardware or software; or to program, operate or maintain any computer systems. All you require to become operational immediately is a computer connected to the internet to access our RUOK Service.

  • The RUOK Program cost is $12.00 or less a month for each person enrolled in your RUOK Program; and there are no additional fees.

  • Reassurance calls are automated. If the check-in call is not answered, a medical alert is automatically triggered and notifies the designated contact point.

  • Administration of your entire Program is conveniently available using the internet.
  • The creation, deletion, and maintenance of unique user call profiles for each of your users takes only a few key strokes.

Who offers a RUOK Program?

  • Through the police department or sheriff’s office many villages, towns and cities may offer a daily RUOK telephone check-in service to people in the jurisdiction who live alone and want to receive a daily reassurance telephone call. The program may be subsidized by the civic authority and possibly through the generosity of local donors.

  • Independent living facilities, retirement communities and 55 plus complexes may offer daily RUOK telephone check-in service to residents who chose to receive daily telephone check-in calls. If, when required, a resident is not able to access a means of seeking assistance, falls down unconscious, or becomes disoriented, an RUOK Program telephone check-in call could save a life.
